The most fantastic brunch I've had! The Jerk Chicken Hash at Thoroughbred 🐴 is a winner. You know these guys work hard to refine their dish when the flavors are balanced perfectly. The chicken is perfectly cooked with a soft juicy center and a light but satisfying jerk taste that doesn't overwhelm the dish but dresses it up amazingly! The poached egg adds the richness and the delicious hash supports the entire thing! You gotta try it with their featured cocktail 🍸 #brunchperfection #dinoapproved
