A rich workshop full of healthy cooking ideas with an emphasis on fish and healthy cooking methods that are specifically gluten-free for Passover. The workshop will have an emphasis on upholding the values of food and proper use of oils, recommended food combinations, the nutritional value of foods, and an understanding of what Omega 3 is and why we need it. Healthy food can be surprisingly creative, easy to make and delicious.
