The bar: cool, cosy, underground (natch) space – perfect for relaxing with a drink. The bar area is for mingling, while the three other rooms have table service (if you want it, that is). No gimmicks, just good service, banter and booze.

The bar: An intimate bar and restaurant located in the heart of Mayfair, where Latin American Cuisine is re-imagined in a bold space.
The drink: Blue Monkey – Johnnie Walker Blue Label scotch whisky stirred with chocolate syrup, cloudberry liqueur, Peychaud’s and whisky-barrel-aged bitters. Complemented with dark chocolate, cherry smoke and a MNKY HSE electric cigar.
The bar: Sexy Fish is an Asian restaurant and bar with a mid-century glamour and opulent look and feel. Located on the south-east corner of Berkeley Square, Mayfair, it’s open seven days a week. It’s also home to one of the world’s biggest Japanese whisky collections.
The drink: Whisky sour with Hakushu Distiller’s Reserve.
