Queen Of Hoxton Invites You To The Year’s First Cider

Updated: 24 March 2016
Join the Cider Fest under the canvas of the Queen of Hoxton’s cosy rooftop Wigwam in East London to celebrate the first ciders of 2016 and the banishing of daylight savings, signalling the start of summertime. You can expect a variety of mouth-watering, artisan ciders with tutored tasting sessions throughout the day, along with complimentary cheese, folk music, and a range of delicious food. One ticket will include four halves of cider from a huge selection, a tutored session with free cider and cheese, and a plate of food from the fire, such as ‘The Golden Bird’, a chicken schnitzel with caramelised apple sauce served with roast potatoes, turnip, and garlic with harissa and orange. As the first cider become ready, after its long winter tucked away in cider houses and barns across the country, it’s time to raise a glass or three at the Cider Festival and celebrate the clocks going forward.

📅 Saturday 26 March, 12PM – 7PM

📍 Queen of Hoxton, 1 Curtain Road, London, EC2A 3JX
