Here at The Culture Trip, we believe pizza is always a good idea. From 25 March, the 2015 London Pizza Festival Champions, Made of Dough, will be gracing Market Yard Kitchen with their award-winning Neapolitan pizza for six whole weeks. This residency is a precursor to their permanent South London spot opening this summer, serving up pizzas, desserts, sides, and cocktails, with with a hint of the team’s Italian / Southern Spanish heritage. For truffle-lovers, we recommend opting for the truffle pizza topped with Portobello mushroom, fior di latte, white Alba truffle oil, and burrata, and for those with a sweet tooth, be sure to finish off with Conchiglia a Nutella – warm folded dough filled with oozing Nutella and hazelnuts. We stand by our motto: this sounds like a really, really good idea.
