The owner of The Bell & Brisket, Bel Shapiro, will be serving up wondrous variations of salt beef; from her hand-brined salt beef bagels, complete with pickles, cheese and spicy sauces, to her ale-braised brisket croquettes stuffed with red onion and horseradish sauce, it will leave your mouth watering for more. Whether you’re ready to tackle those hearty dishes or share ones such as the Filthy Fries or the Trio of Sliders, you’ll want to top it off with the amazing Chocolate Ganache on Rye. If you come down in the day at weekends, you can taste their new brunch menu too, featuring a generous Full Irish.
