To mark the launch of the new Gabrielle Chanel fragrance, Chanel has opened a pop-up on Bond Street to run throughout September.
Espace Gabrielle Chanel invites audiences to experience the spirit of the woman behind Chanel, before she assumed the legendary name of Coco. Described as a ‘floral, solar and luminous fragrance’, the new Chanel perfume celebrates the original feminist in fashion, a woman who championed creativity and enabled women to become whoever they wanted to be.
Throughout it’s tenure on Bond Street, Chanel’s pop-up will host a series of olfactory workshops to help visitors explore the scent further. These include hour-long explorations of the inspiration behind the fragrance, and talks about the flowers which make up this unique scent.
This latest pop -up follows on from the highly acclaimed Chanel exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery a few years ago, offering audiences a new perspective on the spirit of Gabrielle Chanel as an individual, rather than a brand. This new scent offers another means of exploring the history of the brand, while reaching new and modern customers.
If you’re a fashion lover in search of a luxury experience in London, this pop-up is for you.
Espace Gabrielle Chanel is open September 8th–24th, 27 Old Bond Street, London.
