Updated: 7 April 2016
Organised every spring by the Polish Cultural Institute in London, the Kinoteka Polish Film Festival is back with their most refined programme yet. With an exciting line-up offering a diverse array of film, music, visual arts, contemporary and retrospective screenings, interactive workshops, Q&As with filmmakers and much more, the enticing festival is paying tribute to the late Polish film director and writer, Andrzej Żuławski, who passed in February. The Opening Night Gala will be hosted at the Barbican Centre, with a screening of Jerzy Skolimowski’s critically acclaimed 11 Minutes, and the Closing Night Gala will take place at Regent Street Cinema, screening Janusz Morgenstern’s Goodbye, See You Tomorrow. Finishing with a swing-dance party at the Polish Embassy, this distinguished and classic festival will be a wonderful event, spread out across the month.
