Remember that gin bus tour of London a few months back? Well, guess what! The peeps at B Bakery have been hard at work again redecorating their vintage Routemaster, and this time it comes in the form of a sushitopia (yes, seriously).

If you’re up for a fish-style tour of London, then this glammed up bus is just what you’ve been looking for. A mash-up of great minds from the whizzes at B Bakery and chef Gohei Kishi, the Sushi Bus (literal name) takes you around the capital for a culinary tour of fabulous landmarked proportions (and yes, you do visit the likes of Parliament, Notting Hill and Knightsbridge along the way).

So what of the food? Expect all sorts. From Poké bowls filled with white quinoa salad, tuna, salmon and edamame, to generous helpings of sushi rolls packed with snowcrab and avocado, Instagram worthy matcha & cherry griotte puff pastries and chawanmushi, a tasty egg custard dessert from Japan, there’s oodles to devour onboard. Oh, and a special shout out to the lychee, raspberries, strawberries and cream verrine tarts. One word: divine.

What’s even better is that a range of boozy Japanese-inspired cocktails are also served on-board from the fab distillers at Hayman’s Gin. Tipple anyone!?

Prices start from £75, with tours running three times a week from 7.00pm and will commence in August.
