A Comedy About A Bank Robbery Will Not Go Wrong, Right?

Updated: 26 May 2016
Or maybe the better question is, could anything in this bank robbery go right? As the West End sees play after play and comedy after comedy tread the boards of their stages, it’s a breath of fresh air to see a brand new comedy arrive at the West End that could potentially be a major hit. The people behind the hilarious The Play That Goes Wrong and Peter Pan Goes Wrong is back with a brand new, stitch-inducing comedy, A Comedy About A Bank Robbery. Featuring an enormous diamond, six – let’s just say we would never hire them to attain something for us – crooks, and a security guard that should be eating more doughnuts than sleeping; the energy in this play will see them tumble into disaster after disaster. Whether they achieve what they desire (the diamond), we can’t tell you… but what we can tell you is: ‘it would be criminal to miss it’.

📅 Until Sunday 23 April 2017: Various performances

📍 Criterion Theatre, 218-223 Piccadilly, Piccadilly Circus, London
