Meet The Maker: Jon Cook The Miller

Jon Cook owns one of the last working windmills in Cambridgeshire. The various flours are milled using horizontal French burr stones which preserve the natural nutrition and vitamin content of the grain. It’s then sold directly from the mill, by mail order and through a number of outlets in the Cambridgeshire area. Cook’s flour is also used by Helen Underwood in her White Cottage Bakery. We visited this amazing historic building to see it in action.
