American Research Institute in Turkey – Istanbul
The library belonging to the American Research Institute in Turkey has around 14,000 volumes and journals that span the Byzantine, Ottoman, and modern Turkish periods. Certainly an important resource for English-speaking scholars, the library’s catalogue is available online via the Digital Library for International Research (DLIR) server for some pre-browsing.
