Her Many, Many Different Job Titles

Over the years Sükan has had many jobs, most notably as the Editor-at-Large and Fashion & Style Consultant for Vogue Turkey between 2008-2012. She also worked as Guest Chief Editor for Tempo and Fashion Director for Marie Claire.

Her Love For Everything Vintage

She was one of the first people to bring collections from important vintage fashion designers to Istanbul, opening one of the first vintage boutiques and holding one of the first vintage fashion shows.

She’s More Than What It Seems

Sükan, who has a B.A. in Psychology from the Middle East Technical University, received training in styling from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.

Sükan has been covered by renowned magazines such as Wallpaper, Vogue UK, Vanity Fair Germany, Glamour US, L’Express, T Style, New York Times and Conde Nast Traveller. She Likes To Share

She’s lectured students on being a fashion editor at the Istanbul Fashion Academy and also led a fashion workshop at Bilgi University. If that didn’t suffice she also has her own fashion column in Turkish newspaper, Hürriyet.

Being A Turkish Television Star

Between 2007 and 2011, Sükan brought the New York, Milan, London, and Paris Fashion Weeks to the Turkish screen as host of the ‘Moda Evi’ and ‘Ece Sükan’la N-Moda’ shows on NTV. During this time she had the chance to interview iconic names such as Karl Lagerfeld, Jean Paul Gaultier, Valentino Garavani, Riccardo Tisci, Hüseyin Çağlayan and many more.

She was chosen as one of the ’30 Most Stylish People from Fashion Month’, spotted outside the Spring 2013 shows by New York Magazine and has continued to be featured everywhere she makes an appearance because of her standout style.
