Dutch designer Francisco van Benthum has been creating luxury menswear since the early 90s and in 2012 launched his first brand-store in Amsterdam’s de Negen Straatjes. This intimate showroom was designed to resemble a traditional gentlemen’s tailor and houses van Benthum’s principle, prêt-à-porter collection. Famously, Van Benthum’s suits add modern touches to classic cuts and use a dark palate to accentuate masculine forms.
