A new music festival in Barcelona will be reaching for the sky with DJs floating around in hot air balloons.

SkyFest, which will take place on September 16, will be headlined by acclaimed DJs Jackmaster and Honey Dijon.

Around 1,500 lucky revellers will get the chance to dance the night away at the multi-sensory event, with lights pulsing in time with the beat to create a spectacular atmosphere.

Party producers Elrow are teaming up with Heineken’s tequila-flavoured beer brand Desperados for the special one-off event.

Anna Bizon, Global Brand Director of Desperados, said: ‘With SkyFest we’re again giving our fans a new way to experience the best in music. Partnering with Elrow and Jackmaster allows us to push wild experimentation in music to the next level. SkyFest will elevate the festival format, creating an epic and unforgettable party.’
