Set in the picturesque and chichi town of Ses Salines, this charming shop sells mostly homeware but also has a limited collection of beachwear in the form of kaftans and other cover-ups, all with a vintage feel. Cassai Home and Fashion is located in an old house and spread across a number of different rooms piled high with all manner of eclectic interiors items. There’s a tiny room in the middle of the store, lined with rails of floaty bohemian dresses and tunics, which also houses a fantastic range of baskets. The Kidama boutique is located in the stylish port Puerto Portals, with much of their clientele being the well-preened women arriving on the many large yachts in the area. This family-run shop boasts a handpicked selection of elegant designer clothing, colourful shape-enhancing swimwear, gem-embellished purses and statement jewellery. Popular brands here include Roberto Cavalli, Missoni, Paule Ka and Colombo Cashmere to name but a few.

4. Vell Marí

Vell Marí in the small resort town of Sant Elm, is a café and clothing boutique where you can shop and then enjoy sea views with a refreshing drink. They stock a wide variety of Mediterranean-style fashion and accessories, with beautiful striped beach towels, hats and sunglasses as well as the usual cover-ups and tunics.
