Characterized by long straight streets and a strict grid pattern of streets crossed by wide avenues, the L’Eixample is a district in Valencia located next to the Old Town. It’s the most important commercial area of the city, where most department stores and great shops can be found. It’s also near to many tourist attractions. Here are the best places to have breakfast or brunch, if you’re in the district one morning.

One of the best places to go for a typical American brunch, the Brunch Corner is a tiny cafe in the Eixample district in Valencia. Decorated in a beautiful country style, with cute chairs and tables, and situated in a very quiet location, this is the perfect place for a meal and a drink before going shopping. The Brunch Corner can get a bit crowded sometimes, but a table outside is really worth the wait. Their cakes are all homemade and their burgers are highly recommended if you’re up for a substantial brunch.
