Ever since its doors opened in June of 2007, Galería Weber-Lutgen has been a contemporary art gallery that is a work of art in and of itself. Most of the works that dominate this gallery’s space are works by non-mainstream artists, but overall, they do a great job of representing the contemporary art of Seville. The Delimbo Artspace gallery and shop in the newly revitalized area of Soho Benita, known as Seville’s new creative hot spot, is a very hip and fun place to hang out in the mornings and late afternoons. It houses an eclectic mix of art and merchandise, from graffiti materials and urban art books to cult T-shirts and similarly cutting-edge graphic creations in the arcaded space located in the back of the early 1900 modernist building. Founded in 1992, Galería Cavecanem serves as a platform for artists, specializing in featuring them at the very beginning of their careers.
