What is your favorite project that you have worked on?
RestArt, the first festival I organized. The aim was to be able to modulate people’s perception and view of art, therefore all the art pieces where hanging from the ceiling. The experience lasted 24h in a warhorse in Barcelona. I had the chance to collaborate with magnificent artists like Chamo San, Paula Bonet, Guim Tió, BAAS Arquitectura.
What advice would you give to someone who was trying to break into the business?
Let things flow. There’s nothing better than releasing yourself and your work with a critical approach, and finally, let others embrace your creations. But, as Mustafa Abdulasis says in his last interview for Freudne von Freunde ‘In order to make someone else feel something, I have to feel it first. I have to have something to say.’
My goal is to engage even more people in an active way in my performances or any kind of art.
If you could have dinner with anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be?
Coco Chanel. A strong and powerful woman who knew exactly what she wanted to reach.
If you could only bring three things to a desert island, what would they be?
I wouldn’t need three things. Everything needed would be there.
