Vodenica is known for fish specialities and it’s the only place in Belgrade where you can try white caviar. Don’t miss the grilled catfish or octopus with potatoes, baked in sač oven. Sač is a two piece baking tray, the bottom piece having a bell shaped lid, which is covered with coals when baking. It is well known Balkan cooking method.
