The chef of the restaurant is Wu Zumin, who came to St Petersburg with an entire crew and all the furniture for the restaurant. He has several restaurants in China, one of which is on China’s top 50 list. In St Petersburg, he helps guests explore ancient Chinese cuisine, especially Xian specialties.
