Klub EB is yet another bar located in Tarnów’s main Old Town Square. This is a lively night time venue that stays open until 4am on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The venue hosts live music events as well as DJs and a fun Thursday night karaoke evening. The bar also shows live sports and serves up delicious Polish dishes during the daytime and early evening (check with the staff what time the kitchen closes). While party goers dance and sing inside, outside there is also seating where you can mingle and chat in front of Tarnów’s pretty Ratusz (Town Hall). Przepraszam Środowiskowy Klub Studencki is a Student Club in the heart of central Tarnów that attracts the younger local people and, of course, students. It has late opening hours at weekends and attracts a lively crowd. There are often themed nights, football matches shown and live music, check with Przepraszam’s Facebook Page for the latest events. The bar also has the best selection of beers in Tarnów, with a huge range of bottled craft beers as well as international beers. The location is in the main Old Town Square.
Pub Śródmieście translates as simply ‘Central City Bar’ and is well located on Plac Kazimierza Wielkiego in downtown Tarnów. With comfortable seats, brick walls, a modern makeover and welcoming staff, this is one of the coolest hangouts in the city. Expect cheap pub food, Polish craft beer, a chilled-out vibe and a variety of young and old clients. Please note that Sunday opening hours are shorter and that the entrance is via the passageway known as Pasaz Tertila.
