When it comes to eating out, Vilnius is probably the best place in the Baltic States, since there are plenty of wonderful restaurants for people with various diets and needs. Halal restaurants are not an exception, as you can find plenty of high-quality restaurants in Vilnius in which to enjoy carefully prepared halal meals – here are our picks of the best.

1. Maghrib

Maghrib restaurant, located in the bohemian and artistic Užupis neighbourhood, is the only place in Vilnius where you can get traditional Moroccan food, including delicious tajines. The atmosphere is very cozy, and the staff is always ready to help. It is important to note that you should make sure to ask for halal meat as there are some dishes that include non-halal meat.

2. La Turca

La Turca is one of the leading Turkish restaurants in Vilnius. The locals’ favorite dish in La Turca is their famous kebab, but there are also many other traditional halal foods that will leave you amazed!

3. Kinza

Restaurant, Asian, Middle Eastern, Halal

Kinza is a wonderful and cozy restaurant with many halal options from both Middle Eastern and Asian cuisines. There are also a couple of separated areas where you can enjoy the best hookah in the city. The staff is superb and always ready to answer all your questions.

5. Balti Drambliai

Balti Drambliai is the oldest vegetarian restaurant in Vilnius, serving only halal food. Balti Drambliai is mostly focused on Indian cuisine, but there are also plenty of different dishes from cuisines all over the world. Situated in the Vilnius Old Town, Balti Drambliai has been local vegetarians’ favorite place for many years now!
