A giant mural of Stormzy has popped up on a wall in Dublin the day before the grime MC heads off on a European tour.

The artwork, showing Stormzy surrounded by a crowd of people, has appeared in Smithfield area of the Irish capital.

The musician begins his tour at the Olympia Theatre in the city on March 29.

According to the Daily Edge, the mural was painted by a collective named ‘Subset’.

Even though he had nothing to do with it, Stormzy revealed he was a big fan of the street art homage.

He tweeted: ‘Dublin, I don’t know who’s responsible for this but thank you and tomorrow is gonna be MAD. Kicking off the tour strong.’

Definitely not getting too big for his boots just yet.
