The Central Bank of Ireland produced limited edition €2 collector coins for 2016, marking the 100th anniversary of the Proclamation of the Irish Republic. The coin features a design of the statue of Hibernia on top of the GPO with the name Hibernia printed in hand-rendered lettering, alongside the centenary dates.
