Although entirely self-taught, Angelina's interest in cooking was inspired as a teenager when she watched her grandmothers and mother cook in their Greek kitchen. She was brought up with a variety of food cooked fresh every day and because she loves meeting people, she started to entertain guests. An active food blogger and member of the Slow Food movement, Angelina is passionate about sharing forgotten Greek recipes with travelers.

What To Expect
This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. Meet Angelina at home before you head out together to a local market. On Tuesdays, walk with Angelina to visit an organic farmer's market and return to cook dinner together. On Fridays meet at 10am and drive together to the neighborhood vegetable market to explore regional Greek produce like grapes, wild greens and tomatoes. You'll spend about 45 minutes here before returning home to cook
