Thunderbolt Collective

Originally, this substation was built in the 1920s by architect Hans Henrich Muller but was renovated in the early 2000s with a very clear vision: to foster a collaborative workspace with all the resources and feel a good office should provide. With major tech companies already renting spots there, this space is more suited for the more settled entrepreneurs and only offers monthly packages that includes a desk, mailing address, access to the candy wall (yes, a candy wall), coffee and conference rooms. The loft space balances the professional with the playful — specifically, a recreational space and a nap area.
