Watch This Airplane Draw A Huge Christmas Tree In The Sky Over Germany

The crew of this impressive Airbus380 gave the entire world a very festive holiday greeting!

On a test flight over Germany, the creative and spirited pilot of the aircraft traced the outline of a Christmas tree for all of the internet to enjoy thanks to the popular air travel tracking website Flightradar24 where the live painting (if you will) was broadcast in real time.

The image of the tree, complete with ornaments, was created over a distance of hundreds of kilometres, spanning from Hamburg to Stuttgart. The different colours represent the varying altitudes the aircraft flew.

Now that the airplane has been tested, it will eventually be flown as part of the Emirates fleet, but we’d be surprised if it can ever make a repeat performance this epic.
