Life, oh life, ohhhh life, oh life. Life can be quite the difficult thing. Des’ree got it, and so do we, which is why it’s always good to know where you should live in the world totally stress-free.
Live in Germany? Great, good news, because Stuttgart has just been named the least stressful city on the planet. According to Lonely Planet, a new study from Zipjet has ranked cities across the globe based on the following: unemployment, debt per capita, traffic, public transport, security and pollution, among many other things that makes our hearts race faster.
The point of the study was to look at overall well-being and take into account the major stress-inducing factors us little humans battle on a day-to-day basis. And yes, they even looked at how a lack of sunshine can make us all miserable.
Florian Färber, managing director of ZipJet said in a statement:
‘We hope that by pinpointing how the least stressful cities are managing this issue, those cities struggling with a stressed out population can overcome it.’
So, where else made the list? Luxembourg came in at number two, and ranked highly when it came to the number of green spaces, mental health and social security. Hanover was number three, followed by Bern, Munich, Bordeaux, Edinburgh, Sydney, Hamburg and Graz.
