Eiscafe Meffert

Eiscafe Meffert is located in the vicinity of the castle Borbeck. It is a popular destination for cyclists and walkers. The café offers a hearty breakfast menu, ice cream, cakes and savory snacks. Cafe Extrablatt is one of the biggest in Essen with around 400 seats. The cafe is very close to the shops and cinemas of the city, which makes it well attended. The fact that its also close to the musical Colosseum makes it a place to go after attending a performance. Their menu offers hot and cold drinks and the typical European fast food meals, such as wraps, fajitas, pita, baked potatoes, soups, and salads.
