Berlin is hardly short of people with smart tech ideas and the coding skills to boot. However, for many would-be moguls, the Hauptstadt can be a little distracting and can get rather in the way of their billion dollar ideas. Fear not, disruptive tech forces! Courtesy of the Foodhackathon over in Charlottenburg, developers with a love of food will have a chance to code to their hearts’ desire. Presented by HackerStolz, coders are invited to a three-day coding marathon. The aim? To arrive at the next big idea in technology and food. Hackers should bring laptops and software, and the team at the Foodhackathon will provide food, power, and WiFi.
