Examining The Aftermath Of Chernobyl

Alina Rudya’s exhibition Prypyat Mon Amour is a photo exhibition opening in Berlin this April. Her work examines the landscape around the 30th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster. The artist uses a photo essay to show people as they have been evacuated from the 1986 Ukrainian Prypyat. The opening coincides with the launch of the accompanying book, being published by Distanz publishing house. The opening with include an open bar, and Alina Rudya will be in attendance. The work will be exhibited in Berlin’s KANYA PROJECT SPACE in Mitte.
