Celebrate Love At The Holi Festival Of Color

What started in India and Nepal has made its way to Berlin and across the world, really. The Holi Festival is a Hindu festival that celebrates spring, colors, and love. With a city that has become synonymous with the Love Parade, Berlin seems like the perfect location for this festival of happiness. It takes place at the stadium, so some of the other-worldly madness can be contained. Every hour on the hour, people will be throwing colors in the air, and the idea is that no one will be left monochromatic. It’s best to wear white clothes so the colors can show up. It starts at noon and runs until the end of the day. Music and DJs will be supplying some sonic relief in the background as everyone shares the love and grooves.
