In case you’re unfamiliar, Das Brunch is a concept pop-up brunch that uses a variegated list of locations to showcase its indulgent morning goodies. Every few weeks it chooses a new haunt to post up, keeping the environment fresh and exciting to mirror its take on A.M. cuisine. This Saturday, they will be taking over Vabrique’s courtyard to serve up ‘Robin Hood,’ a cleverly named poached egg masterpiece with variations for those who abide by the book of vegetables. All dishes include fresh, seasonal ingredients like spring pickles and shaved avocados. To wash it all down, there’s coffee from brewbox, and in case there’s room (which there always is), there are popsicles from Paletas. And if you’re suffering from wallflower syndrome, fear not, as Mary Lennox’s pop-up succulent/flower stall will ensure you’ll have a place to fit right in. There will also be craft beer from Hops & Barly and music by Brot DJs.
