Les Climats is the place to go if you wish to wine and dine your clients in style. The restaurant, which received its first Michelin star in February 2015, has nearly 20,000 bottles of Burgundy wine in its cellars, representing some 281 wine growers, with 3,684 bottles of red and 594 white ready to go on a daily basis. If that amount of fine wine can’t lubricate a negotiation, nothing will. The restaurant can also be rearranged to accommodate large parties. Lunch can also be taken onto the terrace.
