Their Italian-born head chef spoils guests to this restaurant with authentic Napoli style dishes prepared in a wood-fired oven. Cafe Mandela

Cafe Mandela is famous for its organic production, and for serving one of the best weekend brunch buffets in Copenhagen. Mandela’s high-quality ingredients and artistic environment attract a big crowd so it’s always buzzing with customers, yet still maintains a relaxing, chilled-out ambience. Restaurant Carlton is located on the edge of the Meatpacking District, and serves traditional Danish food as well as contemporary dishes. Its breakfast menu is well known as one of the best in the city. This menu offers great options including a creative, popular, huge brunch platter of soft boiled eggs, bacon, mortadella, salami, and sausage, French brie and Emmenthaler cheese, a smoked salmon roll with smoked cheese cream and red paprika hummus, Skyr yogurt with berry compote, fresh fruits, and a mini-croissant. Oh, and bread with organic butter. Yes, all that on one platter. It’s a veritable feast. There are options for vegetarians too.

4. Cafe Apropos

The lovely Cafe Apropos combines contemporary style and down-to-earth comfort, with natural woody furnishings creating a homey atmosphere for enjoying a bountiful brunch. They also offer a outdoor seating area where customers can enjoy a warm breeze in the summertime and people-watch the district’s busy streets. Their huge brunch spread includes various breads, cheeses, egg dishes, and sausages from local butchers, as well as fluffy pancakes, flaky pastries, and a variety of seasonal fruits.
