The Coffee Collective

This roastery and coffee shop, The Coffee Collective, provides wholesale, direct-trade coffee to customers and nearby restaurants. The beans are roasted on a daily basis, producing a fresh taste every day. Each batch is tested to ensure quality and give the roasters an idea of where to improve. This is so that they can provide the best possible coffee. With skilled baristas and fresh coffee beans, each visit is sure to bring a new flavor and experience.

Copenhagen Coffee Lab

A nominee in AOK’s Copenhagen’s Best Coffee list of 2014, the Copenhagen Coffee Lab sells delicious, freshly brewed coffee. Customers can take it to go on their way to work or chose to rent the back room for study groups, business meetings or private hang-outs. The Coffee Lab also features their own roastery. It also has barista courses and coffee equipment to make the perfect cup at home.


This small coffee shop is located in a gorgeous light blue-green building that dates all the way back to 1760. Kafferiet offers a choice of 15 different types of double roasted coffee, hot and cold. This is in addition to their own homemade coffee syrups to add a bit of extra sweetness. They also offer sweets in the form of various Italian candies and biscottis that can be enjoyed with the perfect cappuccino at one of the outside tables.

Kent Kaffe Laboratorium

Kent Kaffe Laboratorium allows customers to pick how their coffee is made, with the option of Aeropress, siphon, Chemex or cold brew. This way the customers get the exact concentration of coffee to water they are looking for before they decide to add their cream and sugar. The bean selection changes regularly, providing new flavors of Latin American beans to enjoy. The shop also features a small pastry menu of croissants, muffins and paninis.

Located across from the planetarium and the lakes, Coffee First is a great place to stop and grab a coffee to go before taking a stroll through the scenic parts of Copehangen. The shop offers unbeatable Estate coffee and sweet chocolate desserts to savor with each sip and bite.
