The Wharf not only has a great collection of more than 70 tab and bottle beers but has also been awarded with the Cask Masque, a prize that is given to independent pubs that serve high quality beer. 2. The Drunken Flamingo

Basement Beer Bar is the first bar in Aalborg with all of its 20 tap beers made in microbreweries in Denmark and other countries around the world. 5. John Bull Pub

Every Saturday, Danish and international bands step on stage and play their tunes till late in the night. Viggo’s værtshuse is another renowned bar that gets packed with locals every Friday and Saturday. As the place is divided into two rooms, guests at Viggo’s Vaertshus can choose between the quiet relaxed space with the dice games and beer bong or the crowded dance floor.

Zwei Grosse Bier Bar is known for its low prices, good music, crowded weekend concerts and the various events that take place throughout the week like the beer pong tournament or the quiz nights.
