Pizzeria Palermo is one of Karlovy Vary’s prized possessions. Plenty of visitors claim that it is the best restaurant in the city, and don’t worry it holds up to the hype. Named after the Sicilian city, Palermo strives to serve only the best and most authentic Italian dishes. Nothing beats their large wood-burning oven and the gourmet pizzas that emerge from it, and the owner is almost always there for a handshake and a chat too.

There are a great many things to love about Panoptikum. For one, it is the perfect balance of homey atmosphere, comfort food and thirst-quenching beer; the perfect pub for a night out with friends and family. What’s more, the food comes in great big portions, so no one ever leaves hungry, while the duck dishes reign supreme in Karlovy Vary.
