Les Dames Tartine is one of those restaurants with an excellent quality-to-price ratio. Serving delicious European cuisine with the best ingredients around (think asparagus, truffles, lobster and game), as well as boasting an extensive wine cellar, this is definitely an address for all the bons vivants out there.
Another wonderful, family-run Italian venue in the neighborhood of Saint-Josse, Dolce Tentazione changes their menu regularly, so it’s a great place to keep coming back to. Their black truffle menu is particularly noteworthy.
Saint-Josse has no shortage of great Italian restaurants and La Sardegna proves this. A cozy, family-run establishment, they serve a large selection of fresh pastas, pizzas and meat dishes for reasonable prices, all while providing good service.
One of the oldest brasseries in Brussels, La Belle Epoque retains its original and beautiful turn-of-the-century interior, although its menu has been updated to serve somewhat less traditional Belgian food.
If you’re in the mood for Thai food, then New Saigon-Bangkok is a great little address in Saint-Josse, especially if you’re on a budget. The menu is extensive, as they serve anything from soups to curry. Your Thai cravings will certainly be satisfied here.
