A small and charming café with a generous menu featuring (of course) waffles with a variety of toppings, last year they claimed to have created almost one million pancakes which, according to them, if stacked up, would rival London’s Shard building in height. Sample their “Elvis Waffles”—a wonderfully sweet mix made using buttermilk and topped with caramelized banana, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup—a sweet tooth’s dream.

This specialty street food van, which can be found at Vienna Food Festival, was founded by the Berger family, who were inspired to set up their company after visiting the waffle capitals of Belgium and Holland and discovering some delectable recipes along the way. Among their specialties are “Stroopwafels,” gloriously sticky and covered in caramel sauce.
