Culture Trip is one of the internet’s fastest-growing media start-ups, attracting nearly 3 million monthly readers and a million-strong social media following. Operating in 40 countries around the world, we have major offices in London, NYC and Tel Aviv. Our vision is bold: we aim to create the world’s largest media company, powered by a global community and cutting-edge technology.
We’re passionate about bringing compelling content to every corner of the world through our global community of writers, videographers, photographers and now, illustrators. We won the UK Website of the Year Award for Arts & Culture in 2014, and were named one of 25 UK Tech Companies to Watch in 2013. We have already attracted a strong base of writers and contributors, a top team of digital engineers in Tel Aviv, and have two senior Google executives on our board: Dr Nelson Mattos and Yariv Adan. The company is now supported by heavyweight backers in US and Europe, and is set for explosive growth.
We are looking for professional illustrators or graphic designers with experience working with editorial content, either in print or digital. Equally important is enthusiasm, a positive attitude, the capability to collaborate within a squad structure and adapt to a frequently changing start-up environment.
You will be responsible for creating visuals to accompany articles written by our in-house editorial team and global hubs, as well as self-led projects.
