We love everything about mì quảng. For our money, it is the perfect Vietnamese dish, with its thick noodles, rice cracker, herbs and, best of all, its deliciously flavored broth. Whether you’re curious to try some or craving it right now, here are the best spots in Ho Chi Minh City.

Mì Quảng Phố Hội

They have great food, friendly service and inviting decor — and they’re also located in the heart of District 7, which is one of the coolest areas in the city.
