With 30 successful years under its belt and 12 restaurants around the world, it may come as no surprise that Blue Elephant makes the list of top six Thai cooking schools in Bangkok. Blue Elephant has two classes that visitors can choose to attend – one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The morning class begins with a visit to a local Thai market, where instructors assist participants in choosing the freshest of ingredients to prepare their meals with. The afternoon class cooks up an additional Thai dessert, a perfect way to end your evening. Every participant leaves with a complimentary apron, cookbook and a set of dried of herbs, spices and curries to take home with them. Blue Elephant offers four different courses, including a morning class, a team building course, a carving class and an ancient Thai cuisine cooking course.

Amita Thai Cooking Class makes this list not only because of the amazing dishes it cooks up, but also because of its prime location on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. Then, you will then learn hands-on Thai techniques for cooking some of the country’s most famous dishes, including spicy prawn soup and mango sticky rice.
