The open-air eatery also sells a range of different soy products, including tofu and Indonesian tempeh. The highlights of the menu include traditional milk tea, said to be the best in Kandy, and the ‘rice box’, which includes basmati rice, chicken or vegetable curry, and a fried sambol, a traditional Sri Lankan dish made from coconut, chili, lime and Maldive fish chips.
