A reasonably-priced restaurant and bar, Stirling offers delicious Western cuisine. This establishment has a great drinks menu, with a wide range of wines, beers, and cocktails. Best of all is their craft beer, which ranges from light and refreshing, to rich and bitter. Their daring Mango with Desert Lime Cider is a silver medal winner in the Beerfest Asia.

Casa Roma is more of a restaurant than a bar, but it does have a great wine menu. While at first glance this establishment may appear to be more of a bakery than a bar, you will soon find the opposite to be true. The bar offers an impressive selection of drinks, including cocktails, ciders, and beers. Spruce @ Fire Station

Situated in the old Upper Bukit Timah Fire Station, the second Spruce branch has been modernised with metal and glass decor. Combined with the warm lighting and delicious homely American food, this gives the joint a friendly hipster ambiance. The open bar serves a variety of beer, wine and other alcoholic drinks. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows allow you to be surrounded by the natural greenery of the Timah Bukit area.
