Green Discovery Tours

Green Discovery has a half-day sight seeing tour of Luang Prabang. The first stop is the former Royal Palace and museum. After, head to Wat Visoun and Wat Xieng Thong. Then leave the city to head to Ban Xang Khong, famous for handmade mulberry paper and traditional textile weaving. The full-day tour skips Ban Xang Khong in favor of Ock Pop Tok weaving center and then continues on to Kuang Si Waterfall and ends at Mt. Pousi for sunset.

Lao Green

Lao Green Group specializes in sustainable eco-friendly tours. If you’re looking to see as many temples as possible, take the Half-Day City Sharing Tour and ride in an electric vehicle. Meet your guide at the fountain near the post office and head to the morning market. From there visit Wat Mai and the Royal Palace Museum. Southern Breeze offers several tours around Luang Prabang. The One-Day City Tour and Pak Ou Caves begin with a visit to the Royal Palace Museum. The tour then goes to a cave by boat and village Ban Xang Hai. After lunch, visit both of the Pak Ou Caves consisting of Tham Ting and Tham Theung filled with Buddha icons. Upon returning to town, visit Wat Mai, Wat Xieng Thong and Wat Visunnalat before watching the sun set from Mt. Phousi.
