(most of times it's too hard to get in to the Grotto which means that sometimes we have to make an overview,

The tour guides were so...

The tour guides were so friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. My family and I immediately felt taken care of, and they were extremely accommodating. The sights were gorgeous, and they took us to the best spots. I would recommend this tour to anyone.
