This cliffside sea temple is charming from every aspect imaginable. It offers a glimpse of the Balinese religious customs and philosophy. As a natural attraction, it has the view of the majestic Indian Ocean from the lush cliffs. But things get even better during the sunset hours when the vast ocean reflects the colourful rays of the setting sun, with the clear sky changing shades in mere minutes and the traditional dancers giving an awe-inspiring cultural performance on the temple complex.

It’s impossible to decide whether the view is better from the cliffside or the coast below. Tegal Wangi Beach is a picturesque spot to catch the expansive ocean view, and it gets much more enticing during the sunset hours, whether you enjoy it from the towering lush cliff or while chilling on the smooth white sand.

One of the most-visited attractions in Bali, this gorgeous sea temple has a unique combination of stunning ocean scenery, gracious architecture, intense cultural and mystical appeal, and sublime natural charm. The one thing that could accentuate the beauty of the temple even more is the golden burst of the glorious sun dipping into the ocean, exquisitely shading the temple before turning it into a magnificent silhouette.

The beach also has an amazing coastline view lined with charming, colourful fishermen’s boats.

Jimbaran is mostly known as a popular place to eat seafood beside the beach, but the beautiful bay also puts on a wonderful show at sunset. Tourists can wait for the anticipated few minutes of red and golden bursts while snacking on roasted corn or other traditional snacks before concluding with a dinner feast of freshly grilled seafood with both feet on the sand.
