They have a special Six Days Six Workouts Programme, where a different trainer is assigned for different types of workouts on each day. Reebok CrossFit Robust is another studio that provides CrossFit training. It’s slightly more expensive, but they have the infrastructure and brand name to back it up. If you’re new to this workout regime, Reebok CrossFit Robust is a good place to start. The studio recommends taking their limited membership of three months and joining a three days a week plan, so they can gradually initiate you into the programme.
